One bartender covers most receptions up to about 75 guests. Past that, a second keeps the line moving during the cocktail-hour rush. Each bartender past the first is a flat $250.

Every Bartender Services bartender is TABC certified, and we carry a $2 million liability policy. Most venues ask for a certificate of insurance for their vendor file — that is a $200 add-on, and we send it straight to your coordinator.
