Bartender Services · Houston

Your corporate event bartender in Houston

Nobody from the office should be stuck pouring drinks. We run the bar for company parties, client events, and office happy hours — you enjoy your own event.

What we handle

We arrive an hour early, set up the bar, run it for the whole window, and break it down after. Holiday parties, client receptions, conferences, open houses, office happy hours — one bartender or a team, keeping the line short.

You supply the alcohol. Texas law lets us run the bar without a liquor permit as long as the host provides it, and it keeps the company in control of the budget. Our free alcohol calculator tells you how much to buy for your headcount — or, if you'd rather not deal with it, the company is the buyer but we order it and coordinate the delivery to the venue.

Two ways to book

from $495Full Bar Service, one flat price

Full Bar Service is what most companies want: we bring everything but the alcohol. One flat price set by your headcount and how long the bar is open — not per head, no surprise line items.

Just need the pro behind the bar? Bartender Only for a corporate event is a flat $500 for up to four hours. You provide the bar setup and the drinks; we bring the bartender and the tools. Hours past the fourth are $75 an hour.

For your vendor file

Every Bartender Services bartender is TABC certified, and we carry a $2 million liability policy. Most venues and offices ask for a certificate of insurance — that is a $200 add-on, and we send it straight to your coordinator or facilities team.

We send a proper invoice your accounts payable department can process, and you work with one point of contact from booking through the event.

How many bartenders?

One bartender covers most corporate events up to about 75 guests. Past that, a second keeps the line moving when everyone hits the bar at once — especially for a full cocktail bar. Each bartender past the first is a flat $250.

Not sure? The instant quote suggests a bartender count for your headcount, and you can change it.

Holiday parties book early

December is our busiest month, and Saturdays in the corporate holiday-party window fill first. If your company party has a date, get it on the calendar now — the drinks and the details can come later.
